Yeah, a BIT lag... Just a BIT. posting on sabbatical week. FISHING!!!

Day 1

Mainly just theory by Theodore. haha. n we got our rods and reels ((: cant wait to use them. then tying knots and stuff. Ahah casting on the field! I like that! i swung n released the line too late n the weight plunged right into the ground!!! a damn deep hole there, n i cant pull my weight out!!! then He Kai come n act pro, but in the end snapped my line. haha.

Day 2

Yay 1st fishing experience at Changi Broadwalk, which is damn... suck... no toilet there some more, cos we'r nt allowed to use the Changi Beach Club ones. damn. so we pissed behind the bushes. haha. we'r lucky to b in an all boys school.

Mr Toh was real lucky. he caught a crab within 5 min of casting. theodore taught us more knot-tying, then we tried to cast. whoa i love the experience. No fish at all, n the water damn polluted. n our hands are dirty like shit cos of the prawns we used as bait. then some guy lucky got a grouper juz a while before we left. haiz...

Day 3
Practised jigging at bedok jetty. haha i caught a fish juz 5 secs after i put the hooks into the water. n theres no bait. lol. then second fish was like an hour later. kai sherng was like emo-ing there cos he cant get any fish. haha.

oh n i tio bee hoon for the first time, i think. n tat was when i caught my first fish. i was reeling up my line when some guy go cross it n it got entangled. sad... theodore took 10min to untangle it.

n i was sunburnt like siao, cos theres hardly any shelter on the jetty. did not hav a good sleep tat nite, cos my neck hurts...

Day 4
kai sherng sae tat if he doesnt get any fish hes nt gonna go home. n we went to some place in Pasir Ris to fish. theodore sae there definitely got fish, n actually hes right. first kai sherng caught a red snapper. he was happy like mad. then i caught one too. haha. some lucky guy got a 2.5kg fish. n he caught 2 fishes in total.

wow, i love *ahem* the weather. first it was cloudy. then it became windy. next it started drizzling. then the sun came out. after a while it became cloudy again. then started drizzling again. next up: a storm. we stacked our bags on a chair, took out our umbrellas n formed a wall. the wind is damn strong. cant stand it. even the chairs were blown into the water.

it lasted for about 20min. some ppl took the chance to fish, cos fishes come out when its rainin, accorning to theodore. then the sun came out. the owner came to fish for the chairs. he was joking "你们掉不到鱼丢我的椅子进去掉啊?". lol.

the farm gave us one extra fish each. i got a john's snapper, n so did kai sherng. we reached school at 3+, so no time for BPGHS exchange. no choice but to pon. then saw TanBB at poolside while eating lunch. asked us to help bring some coffee n tea to the auditorium for some indian performers. (pls hwa chong is not small) he sae he owe us chocolates for tat. haha. lets c if he'll keep his word.

Day 5
Last day of fishing! n its nt a very remarkable ending. cos we cant get any fish n the bread keep dropping off. its freshwater, u c. no weight used. so not fun. fish for like 2h then sian liao go play kai sherng's PSP. then we ran out of bait. so we stopped fishing n went to the canteen to eat lunch. got sambal fried rice. its cheaper than poolside, but they dun giv tat much. went back n continued playin PSP. he kai's father came, cos hes workin at SIMTech. then he saw kai sherng playin the PSP, n asked him "wat kind of fishing is this?" haha.


and thats basically the 5 days. love fishing!!! gonna fish again in future.

Yo ppl back after err... quite some time! Always no time to post. Now exams hav finished, so can post liao!

juz finished taking maths quiz. got 9/15. haiz... not enough time to complete, so guess 3 questions. but nvm who cares i already hav enough ACE for exemption.

ppl r still asking me y im so tall. esp 6e ppl. how would i noe? anw its gd to b tall. can niao the teacher :D tat day durin maths my teacher was too lazy to jump for the screen, so i went to help him. i juz raised my hand n pulled the screen down. then the teacher was like -_- haha. whole class laughing. then from tat day onwards he'll rather jump n get the screen down than get niaoed. haha.

for EP3, its 2 in 1 now. gotta mug for teachers' day concert. tats about 2 wks ltr. rmb last week council come n vet our performance. we had a major screw up, but he was clapping as thou we were his fan or sth. "i believe you all will perform well on teachers' day." wow such "inspiring" words. n yah, oso nid to mug for SYF, n reminds me tat im still lacking practice scores... we'r havin combined camp with NYSE in dec n oso combined concert with them, but i dunno if i can make it. conductor saes theres a lot to learn from tat disciplined lot. tian hao saes they'r all MEP n damn zai. so i hope i can make it. hope im nt goin overseas at tat time.

if i am, then i'm gonna miss sec1 orientation oso, which is damn... sad... missing 2 at once... n both good opportunities too... if im goin in dec, then i shud hav signed up for American Maths... haiz everythin's screwed now...

im currently applying for council ExCo! now gotta go look for teachers for nomination. n oso one peer nomination. n im nt sure who i shud approach. anw its a good experience, u noe, election speeches n voting n all tat stuff... yah... u get da point.

drama! wai lun's dead again. we got screwed for not doing a good job for tat chinese poem explanation, but at least we nv get screwed so badly compared to the other groups, n we did exceptionally well for drama ((: lucky next week theres no lesson or else we'll b screwed again. n toking about tat, next week is...

SABBATICALS!!! im goin for fishing! ((: a Basic Course on Fishing!!! juz wanna relax. nt sure if we'r doin some practical work, but tat doesnt matter. n i bet im gonna chat with kai sherng throughout about our history project, n tats another thing i almost forgot...

registered for Mediacorp Sudoku Masters 08, n i almost forgot about it. got some practice sessions next week, n i'm still nt sure when they are. hope they'r nt on wed, cos gotta go NUH for CT scan. haiz dunno wats the damn bloody problem with my right ear. it always hurts like a pin poking the eardrum. n it started since like 5 months ago!?

im supposed to get a new laptop sonner or later as a replacement for this one which im usin now. its getting problematic n slow. hopefully i can get it tmr, cos im free in the afternoon. lets c wat my father says. anw its nt my laptop, its the house com, juz tat i can bring to sch for projects, n im gonna b the main user of it.
