Tests are almost over... ONE MORE... c'mon... must hold on...

Science test is screwed today. Its like erm... 60% out of syllabus or sth. or maybe i didnt study properly. well everyone kinda screwed up, other than, i can bet, leslie. well. 2 tests screwed up so far. and Miss Huang just told us we did badly for english. thats 3 in total. so far.

Maths test on wednesday. LAST TEST... and I'm having it in council uniform. great. i'll sweat like shit i bet. still figuring out if my shirt can work. it's not the normal one; its my father's. and it has a different shade of white. although yeah you can't see it very clearly on stage due to the lights, in the meeting on wednesday, i think it'll be quite obvious. guess i'll have to get one. its 15 bucks though. i think its not cheap at all lah.

projects are eating me up. lit magazine, lit TKAM, Projectsday, a bunch of chinese which I still have no idea what I'm supposed to do. and council stuff are quite ok now, with openhouse still hanging there, cos Mr Tommie Chen havent give cue to start anything. but March Camp OT - we'r chionging. cos theres not much time.

PIANO EXAM coming in 1 WEEK!!! AAARRRGGGHHH!!! times running out. screwed. this coming weekend will be spent solely on mugging my piano. argh.

HCISO - i can feel the GWH flying away. doubt we can catch it if we make no change. the discipline is like shit. u noe, like high hopes and aims up there in the big fat brain, but no action in their big fat body. i wonder whats gonna happen if, worse, we get a silver or worse. keep on questioning: Do you have the passion? passion exists. loads of them. but no action taken. having the passion is nt enough. i wonder when this'll change.

argh gotta reinstall vista on this com cos it's rather screwed now. cant even detect CD drive, and ms word doesnt work. argh.

Another week has started, and now it's past the halfway mark. Time is passing SOOO fast.

Drama on Monday. and ZhouLD's vid cam is ready, at last. we were filmed, and had 2 NGs. muhahaha. first one was caused by Matthew. He suddenly like forgot what he's supposed to say. And second one - argh. Actually more of I caused it. There was this part that I have to go out and assasinate the king, so I added some funny parts to it at the last minute, and it made Wai Lun laugh. NG. third one is more or less okay, but the others were blaming us for cutting into the recess time.

first OT meeting for march camp. And we came out with all those stuff, like what theme, slogan etc. and we did in 2I3 classroom, as our classroom is (unfortunately) invaded by Inspire'09, which i have no idea what it's about. And theres a nanyang girl in the OT too. shells told us that no OUTSIDERS are allowed to enter the classroom unless permission is granted by herself. and yeah, not only do we have outsiders in the school, but also from other schools. but frankly, I don't really give a damn. I'm just acting in front of Weiheng to show that at least I have the brains to CARE about the class and be at least a bit of a guai kia, like weiheng xD. later he acuse me of not doing my job. but anyway, he's in the OT, so yeah. its actually weird.

and this March Camp OT is rather screwed. monday night, chinyee told us on MSN that most of us are kicked out, in order to give chances to those who don't have an OT. actually I'm quite glad about that. then, last night, he called us all back on MSN to say that we're all BACK in the OT. 1 day can really make a difference.

muhahaha. violin 2s are getting another day of rehearsals - saturday. muhahaha. n wutianhao is like so pissed off. hes absent on tuesday, and as a result this happened. 可怜他。

piano exams coming in like 2 weeks. i hope im ready. hopefully, i'll not get nervous.

Somehow, I'm just starting to hate chinese. i screwed up today. yup. and really. im real screwed. if i get an A1 i'll be damn happy. and everyone is expecting quite alot from me. its unfair.

i have no idea what eddie lau is up to. hes like asking us first thing after stepping into the class "anyone going out for a date on valentines day?" n he mentioned valentines day 3 times consecutively during the lesson. n he doenst look like he's joking. omg. whats the problem with him? all geog teachers are weird.

friday the 13th tomorrow. and it's IS test. great for me. im gonna screw up yet another test. and yeah. better wish everyone all the best for friday the 13th before its too late. yup. just make sure you don't plunge down to hell.

and actually, talking about eddie lau, it reminds me about valentines day. wait. actually i don't have any relations to this event at all. i don't have relationship, and didn't have one. at least, not yet. guess it'll be more of a mugging day.

GUITAR!! and i just realised that Gary and Valen is going with me!!! hallelujah! finally i get to learn guitar again! soon i'll reach my target!

and at last, council assembly is set. 25th. and im wearing COUNCIL UNIFORM!!! actually its quite cool (forget about the comfort). i like it. but that means i'll oso have to get another shirt and leather shoes. my shirt is of a weird shade of white and my leather shoes just spoilt. haiz.

my blogskin is still left there, like untouched. i don't want to change my current one until i get more feedback. my first creation. and it's going to continue.

i wont post much today, as i still have a bit of homework. yah. but this is not the end.

ohwell. on the way back home today after orch practice this RI guy talked to me on the bus. he was like "are you from string orch?", then spamming questions at me. "you just had the combined camp with nanyang girls right?" "so you know trevor sze?" this and that. n i found out that hes an ex-cellist in RISE. currently in JC most likely. and he said that "violists have a bad time under sze." hes quite amazed that im not a violinist and yet picked up viola. whats so surprising about that? no one said only violinists can take up viola. and he asked our SYF pieces, and smirked. F. like i would tell him. and ya im tryin VERY HARD not to show the rivalry between us, but i got a bit of urge to punch him. but not that bad, as hes quite an ok person when i talked to him. yah. and quite kind too. but who noes, what if theres something hidden?

So fast. another weekend is here. and soon it'll be week 6 of term 1. Time flies.

The week is quite a rush. I did homework until 11+ almost everyday. and there were 2 tests - maths and english compre. My maths is really careless. I got 35/40. yeah. my average score. since last year my scores have been hovering about 35. Compre - I think i kind of flunked it. yeah its quite easy, but i don't think i did very well.

some tests coming up next week, and i'm not prepared. not at all. maybe a bit for IS, but chinese is more or less screwed. life is getting harder, but as seniors say, "welcome to sec 2."

i slept until 10 this morning. n when i woke up i realised the rest of the family has gone out. n that was like 15 min before i awoke. got my prepaid card topped up, but they did not bring my ezlink for topup. haiz. gotta pay cash again and it depends on my luck whether those stupid drivers will start nagging.

actually for the weekend there's not much homwork. only loads of projects to do and plan. plus openhouse - we have stopped work for about 3 weeks already. n i have to mug a bit.

playing around with firefox justnow. and i download firebug, after somehow finding it on the internet. it's fun, diagnosting the websites and seeing their errors and speed. sadly it's mainly in firefox only - the light version in IE is almost pointless, and troublesome. and my IS homework which I submitted yesterday doesn't work in firefox. I diagnosted it, and found the problem (which i barely understood). but it works perfectly on IE. thats why i don't use firefox often. but i'm using it now.

yesterday's rehearsals was erm... okay. sec 1s came. and actually their sections were sorted out quite fast. they're srsly rather screwed. giggling at the back when we'r rehearsing. and Gabriel joined string orch too - good news for me. but he got into cello. argh. and mr chan was saying that there's a serious lack of people in cello. then why didnt mrs tay allow me to join cello last yr??? real screwed. and mr chan somehow niaoed me by saying that there's some "recruitment problems" in bass last yr, and everyone started looking at me. my viola is not big enough to cover my face. and i think we'r gettin 2 violists this year. since mr chan will take 6 out of the 8 violinists to be in violin section. so there are 3 bass, 2 cellos, 2 violas and 6 violinists this year. somewhere there.

sectionals was not very good, as dr yeo got us to play too many solos, and i screwed up almost all. but he caught wenqi faking. he's gonna hav to play solo for mr chan soon. and yeah mr chan watched the last 15 min or so of our sectionals. scary. and i have to play bow tremolo at that time. ohwell. it's my 1st time playin tremolo, solo some more, and dr yeo said i played it most like a tremolo, only that its too soft. oh screwed. i can see that mr chan doenst really like me, cos of the "bass recruitment incident".

jiaquan really has a great tuning ability. and aaron has a great prediction ability. jiaquan's G string was like a semitone lower, and thats y his notes sounded damn guai lan. so he said he'll tune it, and started turning the fine tuners. after like a few seconds, aaron got bored and juz said "piak", the sound of a string snapping, and right at that moment, jiaquan's G string broke. and it broke at the portion between the bridge and the fine tuners. smart. so we'll hav to keep aaron's mouth shut next time our instruments, or esp when jiaquan is doing so.

mr chan has this report on all our instruments, and im supposed to change my sound post and bridge. he told me it costs 180 bucks. ohwell. who knows, i may change my instrument in a yr's time. and 180 is not worth it; my instrument is a real cheap one. bought in china some more. anw the guy who checked my viola said its not worth it, and hesitated a while before he wrote the problems. he didn't want me to change. and after he adjusted my bridge on the spot, the strings have a tendency to hit the fingerboard if i play loudly. that guy pushed back the bridge to the center of the f-holes, so the strings got lower at the fingerboard part, and it's longer and thus has more vibration. hancheng and aloysious asked about it, and when i told them about the sound of the strings hitting the fingerboard, they thought its a "automatic vibrato". smart people.

we're getting about 40min of performance time during gala dinner. and thats quite alot. we'll be playing st pauls suite and serenade again. and i'll have to mug that while mugging piano. haiz. and the 2 syf pieces, im mastering it quite well. just need more practice (like for the tremolo part).

my parents are having a craze to go overseas this year. they'r having 3 overseas trips planned, and they insist on bringing me along. i wanted to stay in sg alone in march, cos i have syf to mug for. but they insist. argh. im missing loads of stuff. and june too - i wonder what i'll be missing. and now they're asking for the plans in june and december, which i "really" know.

ohwell. better be off for chemistry and other homework. I'll have to mug for tests next. "Welcome to sec 2." not a well welcome at all.

Basketball last evening! actually onli half an hour of continuous shooting. not bad for me thou. 2 three-pointers. but my accuracy is srsly damn suck compared to a few years ago. yeah havent been playin basketball since like P5. i used to play every day, or at least 4 times a week. quite a great achievement :D

n basketball reminds me of last yr's CCA posting. yeah i wanted basketball at first but my parents disagreed. its retarded. and i missed robotics trials, and the late interview didn't seem to work. nevertheless i put robotics as 1st choice, and string orch as 2nd. i filled in the rest with what NCC n all those, and im left with 3rd choice. I wanted basketball, but my parents insisted on sth simple - library. thats simply a waste of time to me. yeah i managed to convince them to allow me to put basketball. i thought i could have gotten into basketball despite it being 3rd choice, bcoz of my height. but i still made it into string orch, amazingly. actually i used to regret a bit, but now i don't at all. string orch is fun, and theres loads of activities. you get to noe ppl from other schools, and its a great experience. i like it.

n its actually quite amazing, that our group actually impressed zhou lida with our unrehearsed skit. she actually thought we rehearsed like shit to produce this. n the other groups kinda screwed up. yah. n shes most impressed by our props, which junhong made. cool. guess we got high marks.

Im starting to hate maths eventually. Not because its hard. I understand them and I have no trouble doing any problems. Its more or less because of the teacher. LeeTK gave us 112 problems for the evening. Its scary man. i calculated. if i did them at 1 min each i'll take abt 2 hrs. n tats obviously nt possible. so assume 3 min each at average. i'll take 6 hrs. great. tat'll go all the way to midnight. maybe if i took longer i wont need to sleep. great. not like that half an hour after i got home helped. i barely dozed off.
