Council Day ended. Great, now back to normal school uniform! Today's meeting was real fun. Actually it's my second one so far, because I have missed one due to SYF, and another one due to my fantastic ass - had to go check up or something if I remember correctly. And then, CNA came to film us! It was for some documentary about Hwa Chong. Real cool! Think I'll be on TV then. Haha. Wonder when it's gonna be released. Meeting was not interupted though. And the agenda for today was interesting! Can't reveal anything though. Council secrets :P

Projects Day for AWOS is officially done. But AWOS is not done yet. We decide to continue, mainly because we already had some sort of collaboration with SGH. But then we will go at a slower pace. Can have better results like this. After all, Projects Day is just about ACE, and nothing else. Maybe when our documentary's ready, we'll enter Service Learning next year. Supposed to be easier than Resource Development. I think.

Tests have started. Two tests so far. Maths was quite satisfactory. A1, but I still don't know where I lost some of the marks. English is screwed. I'd better do well for the rest. It's quite an important term.

Ahh yes. iLounge. Jarel Tang is currently AWOL. Off to London. Without telling me. And some stuff still with him. Some said he submitted the proposal. But he didn't tell me. And now Mr Low is back on reservist. So I receive no news. People are bugging me about iLounge. I know they want it badly. I'll try to get it open ASAP. Mr Low is returning next week, after all.

Mousehunt! I'm rather addicted to it. But not that deadly. All I have to do is open the Mousehunt page on Firefox and leave it there. On average I can get 10% growth every day or so. Which is cool! Have to jiayou and catch up with the rest.

Okay so the plan for tomorrow: morning is sectionals. then slack for a while at home, like until 4pm, then will depart for Tiong Bahru. Have lunch first, then catch the movie at 6pm. Watching with Wailun, Jun Hong, Matthew Lee, Yongming (and his two canadian friends... hmm...). And I'm looking forward to it!!! Online reviews say that the movie is more focused on romance than magic and action this time, but it doesn't matter, cos it's still HARRY POTTER!!! :D Haha actually the romance part may be quite nice. For once the theme changes. Haha. and heard that it's funny. *laugh*

Whoa I now get the hatred of finding a suitable host for websites. It's mainly the uploading part. Like they don't allow you to drag a big folder in, but you have to upload one by one, which is real tedious and irritating. I want a mailing list and counter for the AWOS website, yet it's like SO hard to upload D: I kinda gave up.

Maths test next week!! ): I have to mug. Lucky there's not much homework. But Saturday's gone (for good reasons luckily), and I still have iLounge to settle. Haiz. And the class is so problematic nowadays. Sometimes I just hate the fact that I'm the monitor, and especially one that's so enthusiastic in serving a class with ungrateful people as the majority...

My father just left for Denmark. He's like flying off at 1-week intervals. Haha. Ohwell... Mixed emotions.

And really it's contrasting. I don't know what to feel now. Maybe I should just look on the bright side and stay happy. After all, tomorrow comes first (: and it's all the fun stuff :D

You know, sometimes you just wish that you're popular and famous and rich and stuff, but sometimes when you get a little taste of it, you think otherwise. And there's no "middle" to this; it's either this end or that end. Life's too weird.

I'm spamming on IT stuff this time... once again. And I realised that so far I didn't encounter any group which actually changed the template of the synopsis coverpage. Well, it's all called "creativity". Ahem. But I still find my template very nice (: gonna change it into a blogskin soon, but obviously only for my usage lah. The other two have no blog (actually Kai Sherng has one super dead one, which doesn't make a difference).

Now I realised that I don't have so much to write. Like, not everything floats around in my brain at the same time. Nevertheless, continue.

Yay watching Harry Potter this sat!!! (: Going with Wai Lun, Jun Hong and Yongming. Watching at Tiong Bahru. Great that they had new showtimes, so the cinema is like sooo empty. And most people stupid go book the earlier showtimes, so it's damn filled, and they can't change. Furthermore they won't bother checking again since they have already booked. HAHAHAHA. And I think it's also that the timing is real bad, like at 6pm. The movie's until 8.30pm, so it's like not suitable for dinner. But doesn't matter. :D

Week 1 just passed. And it's actually not bad (:

Started off with Tuesday, because Monday was youth day (missed IS and Music, damnit). And morning "flag raising" was weird, especially when the flag is like non-existent. It's quite screwed sometimes. And the irony comes when morning announcements EMB message is posted after 8am... Very helpful.

So no EP3 this week! Actually it's not a bad thing, but yet not good either. But it actually made our week rather relaxed. Which is GOOD!!!

Had Projects Day meeting with Mr Krison, and a very informal one. Just like meeting him in the staff room after school. Then Kai Sherng and I discussed till about 3pm (Andika left for Jap). Actually went to coro! And finally!!! Now coro is out of my mind for the time being. :)

And talking about Projects Day, semi finals is next Thursday... I still have loads to do... good luck to myself.

And iLounge. OT BETTER HURRY UP!!! We don't want the consortium to wait for us, do we? Hahahaha...

Started on Physics this term! It seemed interesting, but now I find it rather boring, because we're not going to learn how to calculate the angles... and the refractive index... and stuff... which is obviously the FUN part of Physics. Well at least I still have Physics Quiz. Hopefully it'll be fun!

Okay. Hwa Chong has a H1N1 case. Sec 3. I have no idea which class, but think it's 3H3. Dangerous. Let's see how it goes. But I kind of doubt school will close. ):

Got my badge today!!! Like waited for 40min yesterday, and 30min today! The badge is SHINY! But it's the consortium council badge, not the students council one which we were initially presented. But as Keith says, who cares, since not many people will notice the tiny words there, and the colour, because it's too shiny. Quite true, especially when some people don't even notice it. Hahaha

My father's coming back soon! His flight landed like half an hour ago. Should be soon. (:

I don't know what my sister did to this com, but apparently the screen had this patch of dead pixels. Dead, not stuck. And it's lucky that after running the JScreenFix for like 2 hours it fixed most of them. And after playing Battlefield for a while, it was fixed more because of the graphics! (: Yay!

Realised I still have sectionals tomorrow morning. And I just knew about it like 10 min ago. But I promised last week that I'll make it, so I'll have to go. Anyway I'm feeling bored without rehearsals. Sectionals is a good alternative. lol

I dunno if it's good news for me. Maybe it is, cos I'll just screw up if it's not. Only 2 weeks left to practise, and it's as if I looked at the score for the first time last week.

For those considering to buy tickets, forget about it. :X It will be some time after the exams, most likely in late Oct to early Nov.

Ok school's gonna start in 2 days. (shit. homework.) Ahwell. it's gonna be SPAM. C'mon, it's term 3. Can't expect any less.

This holiday is damn screwed, other than SLC and Japan trip. haha. I realised I missed 6E gathering, and now I'm gonna miss YCF gathering, which is tomorrow night (or was it tonight? idk.). well, "hang out with friends more during this holiday" yea right. I only went to Matthew Lee's house for project, and that's all. Fail. Epic.

Whoa. HCISO ExCo interviews. I win liao man. Initially I only applied for fun, and for the experience. Then last Tuesday we were called to stay back. About all the sec 3s, and 5 sec 2s. Then Alwyn announced that 3 out of the 5 sec 2s will be kicked out beforehand. Then it's like, great, I'm down to about 10% chance. Cos who's around me? Jonyong, v1 ASL, He Kai, v2 ASL, Jarel, model student, Titus, imba Cellist. I'm obviously out lah. Then what, He Kai and I were the lucky ones to pass this. It was damn shocking, cos I expected either Jonyong or Titus to get in. He Kai - of course lah.

I tio interview by Jared, Zi Cong, and Zhao Hong. I dunno if this is lucky or suey. Like, Jared has been my desk partner for a while, Zi Cong is in the same consortium, so he knows about what's going on, and he's my chairman in iCMG also (which somehow also means I can't fake details D: ), Zhao Hong is my SL, and also welfare (which is my 1st choice). Somehow it's good, cos all these people kinda know me well, but yet because they know me well, they may dig out those bad things about me. But actually it'll be quite a blessing if I don't get into ExCo. Didn't expect myself to anyway. I'm prepared for the burden, but I don't really want it somehow. ):

And then on Friday, I realised something MORE scary. This batch they got the Sec 1 Coordinator role back, and it was my 2nd choice. The sec 3s just say it's a wasted role, as there's nothing to be done. And also that's the reason for giving that role to Sec2s, and sec2s only. But another reason is, that role determines the following year's CHAIRMAN. Damn scary. And Jared told me, it'll either be He Kai or me that's gonna get that role, and it sort of means we're fighting for Chairman in our ExCo batch (2010/11) a year before. I didn't expect it to go so far. It was just an email to Zi Cong before the holidays. JUST AN EMAIL. And it can actually determine so much. Alvin says this Sec 1 Coordinator thing has been a yearly pattern, not broken yet, until the 2008/09 batch, which removed the role. Now it's back. Nice timing. D:

Now all I have to do is wait for the results. A matter of life or death. It's between me and He Kai. And talking about He Kai, we're really rather fated. We met during DSA, and we were interviewed together, and with Jun Weng too. Then it was Sec 1 Orientation. We were grouped together (thanks to the alphabetical order which they idiotically used at that time), and then we ended up in the same CCA. Next, we ended up to be the only people who are sec2 ExCo candidates. What's next???
